    User Search Filter SNAFU

    If the filter default of 15 miles is set, I see people in cities 35-45 minutes east of me.

    There are a few people in the city I live in and neighboring cities listed if I expand the search to 50 miles. All those near by people are in a radius of 10 minutes driving or less.

    Unable to Join Village

    Good Morning,

    I have been invited to a village. I accepted the invitation but I am still not a part of said village, and the invitation is still in my notifications. I have tried quitting and reloading the app, as well as restarting my phone.

    Accepting a sitting request

    I shared a sitting need with one specific member of my village, but she (or I) couldn't find a place for her to accept/fill my need. She could leave a comment on my need, but there wasn't a place to click for her to offer to fill the need. 

    It was today, and she sat for me, but I would really like to give her points for it. Let me know what I can do. Thanks!

    Getting error message

    Hello!

    I’m trying to add someone to my group, but I’m getting a really long error message. It starts out with....Error line 382 column...and goes on for a bit. I can share a screen shot if need be. I’ve added 5 others successfully, not sure why I’m having an issue tonight. Can this be fixed?

    My phone number is on my profile and all of the notifications are turned on but I am Not receiving any notification.

    I'm unable to add my cell phone number, and am not receiving any SMS notifications when my village posts a need. No one else in my village can either.

    Date and time of post is wrong when posting Availability

    When I post an availability it is dating the post as December 31, at 5 PM... even though it is July 31 at 12:30 PM.. any idea how to correct this? First time using the app...

    Sit times wrong

    The times on all my sits are wrong. My requests, those scheduled already, and friends' requests showing up in the 1am to 5am range mostly, which is definitely wrong.

    Freezing

    hi-

    Im trying to link to Facebook. Everything I try makes my phone freeze or the screen go white. Nothing I do will allow me to fill out the info needed. 

    Didnt realize the app was new. Thinking it may be a glitch.

    Cannot save child's information on my profile

    When I try to add my child to my profile and press "Save" I keep seeing the progress bar or the dots that indicate it's trying to save. It never moves past this and doesn't save the information. I've tried on a mobile device (android) and a desktop computer.

    First I had no points then I completed a 4.5 point babysit and got 20! Now I have no points again.
